We can run training for you on site (in plant, office…). It is much more convenient for you, if our trainer comes to you to execute the training and examination.In case of choosing the in-house training, you will determine and prepare the training location. The trainer will execute the training, as well as the examination, according to the agreed conditions. In addition to that, you should provide a coordinator to support our trainers during the in-house training. In-house trainings provide the same content as public training, and all participants can receive a worldwide valid VDA QMC certification, after they successfully participated the in-house training and examination. The in-house training offers several advantages. You will save costs and the trainees will save time.

VDA QMC China implemented the International Training Management Tool (ITMT) system for inhouse training since 01 Nov. 2021, from then on, the customers need to use this tool for searching and registering for inhouse trainings in China. With this system, the customers can easily and efficiently understand and register for the trainings of their interests when need. Meanwhile, the basic information (e.g.: Company, Fapiao and Postal info…) for the trainees will be stored in the system, so no need to enter repeatedly when signed up for another training.

How to register

Step 1: Enter ITMT system (itmt.vda.cn).

Step 2: Click “New VDA QMC User or Forget the password”

Step 3: Fill in the email (the mail address of the inhouse training responsible person) and then press “OK”, and then fill in the personal information as required (“*” and “Fapiao info” are mandatory fields), then click “REGISTER” to finish the registration.

Step 4: Verify the email. Once registration is complete, the registered email will receive the verification numbers which need to be entered into the ITMT system in order to activate the account.

How to book the training

Step 1: Contact with our staff who is responsible for inhouse training for your request, then you will receive the link for registration.

Step 2: Click the link for training booking, fill in email address and password then click "Log in".

Step 3: Click “contacts” and fill in participants email address and input or confirm the information of trainees.

Step 4: Click “My training”, click the training you want to book.

Step 5: Choose the trainees and check the deliver information. Fill in the following forms if needs, read and click all the terms and conditions below, then click "BOOK NOW" to apply for the training (You can click "Details" for training introduction or "Alternative Dates" if you want to change the date)

Price for in-house training

• Training costs: Different training programs are with different price, please check with our staffs before send your application.

• Examination costs: same price as public trainings (per person), for more information please refer to our Public Training Catalog

• Travel costs: The applicants need to afford travel cost by themselves

• Training / Examination limitation: maximum 20 persons per training class (training material will be provided for each trainee)
